Once an order is confirmed, it enters our sourcing and procurement process. As products are often sourced on demand from global suppliers, orders cannot be cancelled after processing has begun.

4. Refund on Cancellation

Approved cancellations within the 24-hour window may be eligible for a refund. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Non-Cancellable Orders

Orders that have exceeded the 24-hour cancellation window or have already entered processing cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
