Welcome to TransitB2B Mobile Application
The TransitB2B App is designed to provide a smooth and easy shopping experience for wholesale and retail customers. Follow this guide to understand all major features of the application.
1. Getting Started
- Download and install the TransitB2B mobile application.
- Open the application and allow required permissions if prompted.
- Create a new account or login using your registered mobile number or email address.
2. Browsing Products
- Use the search bar to quickly find products.
- Browse products by categories and collections.
- Apply filters such as size, color, brand, or price range.
- Open any product to view images, specifications, pricing, and availability.
3. Product Variants & Sizes
- Select available sizes and colors before adding products to cart.
- Choose quantity separately for different sizes where applicable.
- Size charts are available for selected categories to help choose the correct size.
4. Adding Products to Cart
- Tap the “Add to Cart” button on the product page.
- Review selected products in the cart section.
- Update quantity or remove products anytime before checkout.
5. Checkout Process
- Proceed to checkout from your cart.
- Add or select your delivery address.
- Choose available payment methods.
- Confirm your order after reviewing all details.
6. Payment Options
- Secure online payment methods are supported.
- Available payment options may include UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, and Wallets.
- Payment availability may vary depending on location and order value.
7. Order Tracking
- Go to “My Orders” section to track your orders.
- View order status including Processing, Shipped, or Delivered.
- Tracking details will be updated once the order is dispatched.
8. Account Management
- Update profile details anytime from the account section.
- Manage saved addresses and contact information.
- View order history and recent activity.
9. Notifications
- Enable notifications to receive order updates and promotional offers.
- You may disable notifications anytime from device settings.
10. Customer Support
- For assistance, contact our support team through the app or website.
- Please keep your order ID ready for faster support.
